Please note that under the 1 year Warranty Program there are 2 opportunities to submit items for warranty consideration. The first is 3 months after Close of Escrow and the second is 12 months after Close of Escrow. Please review the Warranty Manual (link below) to determine what is covered under the Warranty Program.
